Corrections carry the most weight here. If a measured figure looks wrong, an app listing has changed, or a licence status needs updating, say so — data corrections go to the top of the queue and the tables get rebuilt.

Include the page URL and, for data corrections, what you saw and when. We read everything; replies go out for anything that needs one, usually within a few working days.
What makes a correction fast to act on: the page URL, the figure or claim in question, what you observed instead, and roughly when. A screenshot helps but is not required. Every table on this site carries a snapshot date at the bottom — quote it and we can tell immediately whether you caught a genuine error or a change that happened after the last measurement run. Confirmed errors are corrected at the next rebuild, and where a published number was simply wrong, the fix note stays in the page's history rather than being quietly swapped.
Operators: licence updates and app-release notes are welcome at the same address. Performance figures are never taken from press material — a new release gets picked up by the next measurement run, not by a claim. The same applies to inclusion requests: a casino joins the index when its licence checks out in the UKGC register, the Kahnawake permit list or a US state regulator database, and for suggestions that clear that bar the next run does the rest.
Two things this inbox cannot do. Account, deposit and payout issues belong to the operator's own support team and, where that fails, to the licensing regulator — we measure casinos, we cannot open their systems. And if your enquiry concerns problem gambling, skip the inbox entirely and use the free 24/7 services on the responsible gambling page — they can actually help, immediately.
